Welcome to Happy Days Daycare
At Happy Days Daycare, I create a safe, fun environment for children to play, learn, and grow. I provide all meals and snacks, ensuring your child's nutritional needs are met throughout the day. Additionally, I offer a private, quiet room for little ones to rest peacefully.
Come join us at Happy Days Daycare, where every day is filled with laughter, discovery, and endless possibilities for your child.
My name is Rylee Williams and I am the care provider and owner at Happy Days Daycare. I have over 13 years of experience in the childcare industry, including a daycare center, nannying, babysitting, and I have two kiddos of my own. I have always found so much joy in caring for children. From seeing their smiling faces to helping them find a solution when things aren’t working in their favor. My passion has forever been as a caretaker and I would love the opportunity to have your children join in on our daily adventures.
I am a legally unlicensed residential childcare provider. What does this mean? From the Utah department of health and human services it states, “R430-8-3. License, Certificate, or Exemption Not Required. A residential child care provider caring for eight or less qualifying children who is not subject to a child care license, certificate, or exemption, shall submit background checks in accordance with Sections R430-50-3 and 26B-2-405.” What is a qualifying child? “(19) "Qualifying child" means a child:(a) child who is younger than 13 years old and is the child of an individual other than the child care provider or caregiver;(b) child who is younger than four years old and is the child of the provider or a caregiver; or(c) child with a disability who is younger than 18 years old and is the child of an individual other than the provider or caregiver.”
According to the laws in Utah, my child to caregiver ration is 1:8. I have a daughter who is included in the ratio (she is 2 years old) and a son who is not included in the ratio (he is 5 years old). With all of this said, at any given time, I can have up to 9 children in my care.
